Geoff is a father, entrepreneur, and Tiny Habits Certified Coach.
He travelled the world until he discovered his calling in fitness. In 2008, he founded Bang Personal Training in Toronto.
Geoff is known for his understanding of human movement and behavioural change and regularly writes and speaks on these topics.
Early in his career, Geoff came to understand the incredible mental health benefits of exercise. This was validated by research and proven by observation—along with substantial personal experience.
In 2020, Geoff realized the need to share these tools with more people. He codified his knowledge of movement for mental health and behaviour science into a system called Movement is Meditation.
